Thank you for referring your patients to Boston PainCare Center.

Typically, we can assess new patients within 3 business days of referral. For patients needing immediate treatment, we can often evaluate and treat the patient in one visit. You (or your patients) may also call 781.647.PAIN (7246) to speak with a Patient Care Coordinator who can schedule an evaluation.

We summarize this initial visit with a thorough Interdisciplinary Assessment Report that we send back to you. Our initial comprehensive evaluation lasts 2 hours and includes:

  • Medical Evaluation
  • Detailed Functional Assessment
  • Behavioral Screening
  • Sleep Screening and Evaluation
